Michael E. Dunn

MD

Dr. Michael E Dunn, MD, Prevention’s Chief Medical Officer, is a highly skilled internist with more than 35 years experience of specializing in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases and infectious diseases in Tampa Bay, FL. With a focus on comprehensive HIV and prevention care and disease management, Dr. Dunn offers personalized treatment plans to address a wide range of medical conditions and promote overall sexual health and wellness. Dr. Dunn completed extensive training in internal medicine and a fellowship in Infectious Disease. He is dedicated to providing patient-centered care with compassion and empathy. 

Dr. Michael Dunn graduated from University of Tennessee College of Medicine in 1989. He completed a Residency in Internal Medicine at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee and went on to complete a Fellowship in Infectious Disease at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Dunn has also served as principal Investigator for numerous Clinical Trials.

Nicole Murphy

Nicole Murphy is a dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with over a decade of experience in various specialties. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida in 2011 and has since worked across multiple healthcare settings, with a passion for providing exceptional care to all patients.

Outside of work, Nicole is a loving wife to her high school sweetheart, Brittany, and a proud mother to two children, aged 8 and 9. Together, they enjoy spending quality time as a family—playing card games with the kids and winding down after the day with a game of backgammon once the kids are in bed.
